- 15 March 2013: Deadline for speakers' registration and abstract submission
- 1 April 2013: Notification of Acceptance/ Rejection
- 25 April 2013: Deadline for conference fee payment (the details to be found in the 2nd circular
- 23-24-25 May 2013: Dates of conference (the last day to be devoted to cultural activities)
